LETHBRIDGE RESUSCITATION

An Advanced level program designed specifically for the Health Care Workers whom may have to manage pediatric life threatening emergencies.

The fundamental skills of BLS and PEARS are strongly reinenforced as well as the introduction and application of the PALS systematic approach.

Practitioners will be exposed to challenging scenarios, life saving algorhythms and multiple hands on skill stations. 

Upon successful completion practitioners will leave with a high level of confidence and become a strong memeber on any pediatric resuscitation

• Pediatric Systamatic Approach

• A strong emphasis on high quality CPR

• Airway Station

• Intraosseous Station

• Shock and Respiratory Emergencies

• Cardiac Emergencies and Dysrhythmias

• Team Dynamics

• Post Resuscitation Care

Program is delivered using hands on delivery, instructor led discussions, video based learning skill testing stations and multiple choice exam.

Duration 16 hrs

​

Heart and Stroke Certification will be granted upon successful completion of program.
